Sudyog InfraProjects Private Limited is a real-estate development and investment company.
Based in New Delhi, India, Sudyog is currently developing luxury residential apartments in South Delhi in some of the most prime localities such as Friends Colony, and also collaborating with real estate developers and advisors to promote international real estate investment in India.
We have developed one of the largest commercial complexes in eastern Uttar Pradesh by the name of Baldev Plaza in Gorakhpur, covering an area of over 2 lac square feet and comprising of over 250 shops and 3 office floors. Baldev Plaza is still considered a landmark in Gorakhpur, and was one of the first “malls” to be conceptualised in Uttar Pradesh.
Sudyog has invested in real estate projects in Uttar Pradesh and the Delhi NCR region with reputed developers. Through the brand TruProperties, Sudyog is offering transaction advisory and consulting services. Besides real estate, Sudyog is also an investor in early stage companies. Sudyog has invested in Boond – a solar energy company based in New Delhi, India and providing energy access to rural areas in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Sudyog has also invested in Eckovation – an edutech company based in New Delhi, India that serves as a social learning platform.

Kaustubh Prasad
Managing Director
Kaustubh has over 15 years of experience in real estate development, management and consulting. Under his leadership, Sudyog has successfully developed over 2.5 lac square feet of premium space, and closed over 400 transactions.
Kaustubh is a double major in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, and has completed schooling from St. Columba’s School, New Delhi.
Karishma Seth Prasad
Executive Director
Karishma comes from a famly with over 40 years of pan-India construction experience. A lawyer by qualification, Karishma has earlier worked with Luthra & Luthra – one of India’s top law firms. Karishma is also an avid artist with a keen sense for design and interiors.
Karishma has completed her BA LLB from Cardiff University, UK and Political Science (Hons.) from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi. She did her schooling from Modern School, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi.
Anil Seth
Principal Advisor
Mr. Seth is a renowned name in construction. He has over 40 years of experience in the real estate sector. He was educated as an Architect and promoted his construction business focusing on major industrial and infrastructure projects across the country. He was the COO with Parsvnath Developers Ltd and also has been an editor of a major newspaper focusing on Real Estate industry and produced programs for major TV channels on Real Estate.

General Manager (Projects)
Mr. Arora brings with him over 25 years of experience in real estate development including luxury residential, high-rise and commercial development. He has previously worked with some of the most prominent real estate companies in the Delhi-NCR region, and headed their flagship construction projects.
