Kaustubh Prasad
With over twenty years at the intersection of luxury real estate development and turnkey construction, Kaustubh Prasad has built more than buildings — he has built a standard. As the driving force behind Sudyog Infraprojects, he oversees every dimension of execution, ensuring that the vision an architect commits to paper is delivered without dilution on site. A double major in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Kaustubh also serves as Convenor of the CII Delhi Panel on Urban Development, Real Estate and Infrastructure. His philosophy: time and cost are managed, but quality is never negotiated.

Karishma Seth Prasad
Karishma is an artist, a designer, and a curator of experiences — and at Sudyog, she is the reason a finished space feels inevitable. Educated in Law at Cardiff University, and Political Science at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, she brings a rare combination of analytical rigour and creative sensibility to everything she designs. Leading the interior design vertical, she works across every stage — from the first concept sketch to the final detail — ensuring nothing is left to chance and nothing is left unfelt.
